Compare your server settings with the guides section. The username must be your full email address. Guides

Check your spam folder. If it's not there, give us the sender's address and the approximate time in the form and we'll trace it.
Mailbox is full
Delete old messages with large attachments or empty the trash. If you need more space, write to us under «Billing and plans».
