What is business email?
Addresses on your company's own domain: name@yourcompany.az. Clients and partners can see from the address that the message comes from your company.
Will it work in Outlook and Gmail?
Yes. Mailboxes use standard IMAP and SMTP and can be added to Outlook, iPhone Mail, the Gmail app on Android and Thunderbird. Step-by-step guides are in the Guides section.
Where is my mail stored?
Our servers are in Germany, in a European data centre. The mail server only accepts encrypted connections.
Can I move messages from my old email?
Yes. If your old mailboxes support IMAP, messages are moved to the new ones. The old mailbox keeps working during the move.
Is there spam and virus protection?
Yes. Incoming mail is checked for spam and viruses. Mail you send is signed with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so it's less likely to land in spam.
